Summer 2010

Cabernet Franc   This wine has  a beautiful ruby plum color.  Medium body with cherry and plum flavors and a very smooth finish. This wine will age very well.

Tartan Red   A beautiful deep plum color with an aroma of sarsaparilla and cloves.  Dried cherries, currants and a blend of spicy cloves and nutmeg make this an enjoyable wine.  Whether enjoyed now or later this wine will age very well.

Semi-Dry Vignoles   Luscious floral aromas and fruity flavors of pineapple, candies apricot, and kiwi characterize this off dry Vignoles.  A full body and smooth finish makes this wine a succulent delight for the palate.  Truly a savory nectar!  A great wine to consume with aged Gruyere cheese and many other foods.

Seyval Blanc   A very smooth white wine with light fruit and floral bouquet.  Not too dry and not too sweet where those with different tastes can both enjoy. This wine pairs easily with a  variety of appetizers & foods.

Cayuga Jazz    Produced from our estate grown Cayuga White grapes and blended with a touch of raspberries; possesses a distinctive aroma and flavor with a great berry color.  This popular and enjoyable wine is smooth and nicely balanced. A great summer wine and very popular among our customers – enjoy!

Semi-Sweet Traminette    A light wine with delightful aroma of honeysuckle and allspice.  Alluring flavors of citrus, peach, and dried apricot entices the taste buds.  Wonderful clear straw color.  A very refreshing wine.

Semi-Sweet Vignoles    This  wine begins with a tropical fruit flavor of pineapple and a hint of grapefruit.  Finishes with a very interesting bell pepper flavor.  A wine you must try!

Oceana Piper’s White   One of our most popular wines, this white wine offers a nice blend of sweetness, body, and spicy flavors. The wine possesses German style qualities similar to a Pies Porter.
